SHIPPING: Add $15.00 shipping & handling for all orders under $100 being delivered within the Continental United States. For orders outside the Continental U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote. All candles will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. Should you need your candles sooner, please email party@thecandleshoppe.co to make other arrangements.
RETURNS: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your candle is damaged due to shipping, please send us a photo, we are always happy to replace it. You may ship it back at your expense in it's original packaging for either a replacement or full refund. Refund will not be processed until item reaches the shoppe, and will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. You must inform the shoppe within a week of receiving it, and return within 30 days. If the candles doesn't arrive by then, we will assume you have changed your mind and want to keep it. Please allow 2 weeks to re-make your candle, although accommodations may be made for sooner delivery.
If your candle is damaged in a move or accident after your ceremony, you may message us and we can recreate your candle for you at a discount. Photos are helpful to recreate the candle so we can get as close as we can with the details you provide, as we will not change any information, picture, or text. This offer applies to exact reproductions of the candle as our current artisans' ability. Please have your former order number handy, as well as name of the online platform you purchased from.
Candles are shipped every Monday at the Shoppe, and so they spend as little time as possible on trucks, planes or delivery vehicles during the Summer and Winter especially. We always pick 2-5 day shipping as available, to get your candles to you within the week. If there is a hot or cold snap during these times, the Shoppe reserves the right to hold candles as to eliminate shipping damage due to temperature.
We ALWAYS look at your event date and do our best to toe the line between getting your candles to you as quickly as possible, and getting them to you safely in severe temps. We thank you for your understanding.
With every order over $100, we offer free shipping to our customers. As this is factored into our cost per item, we do not offer shipping refunds or discounted shipping. We are not Amazon, but do the best we can to get your candles to you in a timely manner.
Although the time it takes to carve a candle is relatively short, the planning, pouring, shipping, and prioritizing orders by upcoming event date or quantity of items being ordered, we ask for a 2-4 week lead time. If you need this sooner, we can expedite shipping and preparation for an extra cost, although we will not guarantee your item will get to you in time for your event due to current shipping issues. We do, however aim to be a meaningful and unique part of your event, so rest assured, we will do our best to get your candles to you in time.
